Helpful services, clear communication

My experience with Marketing 360 for Social Media Management was mostly positive. I initiated the service after a free demo, and the onboarding call was thorough. They assigned an account manager quickly, and she's been responsive to my questions. We discussed the strategy for Instagram marketing and Facebook Ads Management, and they started posting within a week. I had a small issue with one of the ad creatives not quite matching my brand, but after a quick email, they revised it within a day. The Marketing Analytics Dashboard gives a good overview, though I'd like a bit more drill-down capability sometimes. Overall, it feels like a solid partnership for my small business.

Good platform, easy to use

I signed up for the Marketing 360 Platform last month. It was pretty straightforward to get started. The dashboard is clean. I'm seeing some initial results already, which is good. Worth checking out for sure.

Hey guys, thinking about signing up for Marketing 360, but I heard some places lock you into long contracts. Are they like that, or can you cancel if it's not working out?

R Ryan White 1 month ago
Nah, I cancelled mine after like 6 months. There's no super long contract, you just give notice.

B Brian Anderson 1 month ago
From what I remember when I signed up, you can cancel month-to-month. No big commitment, which was a relief for me.

Is Marketing 360 actually good for really small businesses, or is it more for mid-sized companies with bigger budgets? I'm just a one-person shop right now.

A Alex Gomez 1 month ago
I run a small bakery with just me and a part-timer, and it's been pretty solid for us. The platform itself is good, and the managed services help a lot since I don't have time for everything.

It's definitely geared towards small businesses. They have a lot of tools for what you'd need, even if you're flying solo.

Anyone get a free demo of Marketing 360? What's it like? Is it just a sales pitch or do they actually show you useful stuff?

S Susan Williams 4 days ago
I did the free demo last month. It was pretty good actually, they tailored it to my business needs and showed how their platform would help. Not just a generic sales pitch.

It was useful for me. They showed me how to navigate the dashboard and some key features. Definitely worth doing if you're thinking about it.

Anyone know if Marketing 360 does those ad credit matches? Like if I spend $X, they match it with free ad spend? Looking to boost my initial campaigns.

R Ryan Roberts 3 weeks ago
Yeah, they totally do! I got some ad credits when I signed up. Ask your sales rep during the demo, they usually hook you up.

I think they often have those types of deals, especially for new users. Definitely worth asking about before you commit.

Quick question - I know they offer a free trial, but how long is it? Wanna make sure I have enough time to kick the tires properly.

B Brittany Roberts 1 month ago
It's 14 days for the free trial. Enough time to get a feel for the platform.

Thinking of paying annually to save some cash. Does Marketing 360 actually give a decent discount for doing that?

R Robert Evans 3 weeks ago
Yeah, they do. I got a percentage off for paying yearly. It added up to a good chunk of change.

K Karen J. 3 weeks ago
I think it was like 10-20% off for me when I paid for the year upfront. Worth it if you're planning to stick with them.

How does Marketing 360 stack up against something like HubSpot? I'm trying to decide between the two and they seem pretty similar on the surface.

B Betty 1 month ago
I've used both. HubSpot is probably more comprehensive for bigger sales teams, but M360 feels more tailored for actual small business owners who might not have a huge marketing department. The managed services are a big plus if you need hands-on help.

I think M360 is generally more affordable for a small biz than HubSpot, and they're really good at getting your local stuff optimized.
